JTC Tooling Manufacturing Pvt Ltd established in the year 2007 as a name of JTC TOOLING & TRADERS in a 200 Sq Ft with a only one SURFACE GRINDING machine and now company became a High-Tech TOOLROOM facility to supply the global tooling requirements in competitive price with high quality and commitments.

- We work with customer’s requirement in manufacturing of precision moulds & Tools parts, precision engineering components, precision gauges, JIGS & FIXTURES for Automotive, Electrical & Electronics, Connector industries, Medical & other applications, and also ensuring with satisfactory results.

We are specialize In machining of carbide (BLANKS , PINS , PUNCHES & INSERTS), All Kinds of STEELS , Aluminum , Brass, Copper , Cramic and Plastic materials of Delrin , Peek , PVC , Acrylic , EPOXY , Hylam etc.,
we design and build tools, jigs and fixtures to support our machining operations and Inspection Gaugesthis results in the production of better parts , on time.
